A WINNER OF THE IOWA 2019 TOP WORKPLACES AWARD
Storm Lake – Buena Vista Regional Medical Center has been awarded a 2019 Top Workplaces honor by The Des Moines Register. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

BVRMC implements continual employee education on creating a positive environment for patients and co-workers. They also reward positive employee relations with a variety of ways for employees to recognize the everyday great things their co-workers are doing.
